Lite Versions:
The Lite versions of Solution Manager and Solution Builder® offer basic operations of the products without the need for licensing or any degraded mode operation.
Solution Manager Lite allows for the monitoring and full evaluation of a single machine tool. OEE, Production Counts, Histories and all features of the Solution Manger product are available for a single machine tool.
Solution Builder® Lite provides a full MTConnect® Visualization tool at no cost. The Lite versoins allows for connection, visualization and trending to an unlimited number of MTConnect® Agents or Quick Start Platforms.

Evaluation Versions:
The Evaluation versions of Solution Manager and Solution Builder® offer fulloperations of the products without the need for licensing for a full four hours of operation.
Solution Manager Evalution allows for at a glance monitoring and evaluation of an unlimited number of machine tools for a full four hours of operation. OEE, Production Counts, Histories and all features of the Solution Manger product are available for the full machine tool.
Solution Builder® Evalution provides all features of the Lite Version and adds the following features for a full four hours of operation to enable a full product evaluation.
- Data Collection
- OPC Integration
- Application Development (Controller)

Full Product Versions:
The Full versions of Solution Manager and Solution Builder® offer full operations of the products verified through the licensing process. Online, Email and Phone Activations are available.
Solution Manager allows for at a glance monitoring and plant wide information of an unlimited number of machine tools. OEE, Production Counts, Histories and all features of the Solution Manger product are available for the full machine tool.
Solution Builder® Evalution provides all features of the Evalation Version without time limits for truely improving your production process including:
- Visualization
- Data Collection
- OPC Integration
- Application Development (Controller)

The Solution Family provides a singe installer download called Solution Family (Lite/Eval/Full) providing both Solution Manager, Solution Builder® and the Virtual Agent. On first launch of any application, the user is presented with a dialog as seen below that allows the user to select the Licensing Mode.
At any point the user can change the licensing mode by selecting the Change Licensing Mode menu item in the Tools menu.
A simple application restart enables the new mode.
