The HVAC application monitors space temperatures, HVAC efficiencies and outside temperatures to determine the most cost effective way to cool or heat the space. The system reports the efficiencies of all compressors for replacement and maintenance as well as sends alarms when units fail to achieve their designated capacity.
Operations staff can observe historic, power, temperature differentials and outside conditions to determine the most effective maintenance procedure. Operations staff set alarm conditions after which they are notified at both warning and alarm levels. Real Time alarms include the current state of the measured sensors and their associated alarm conditions. Re-notification of Alarms is limited to designated intervals as to not overwhelm email infrastructures in equipment hovering near alarm conditions.
